We are Midwives.
Midwifery is more than a profession; it is a way of being, as well as a way of providing care.
Midwives Joanna, Angela and Lisa take pride in offering dedicated, personalized care that is responsive to each person’s unique experience of pregnancy and birth.
History

Our Care
The Mighty Oak Midwifery Model of Care:
At Mighty Oak, we offer dedicated one-to-one care throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Our midwifery clinic offers a comforting, supportive environment where most of your prenatal and postpartum visits will take place with your Midwife. During the first week after your baby is born, we provide in-home postpartum care and breastfeeding support for you and your baby.
Our midwives value the opportunity to provide personalized care, unique to each family. We want you to feel confident, heard and supported! Appointments with your midwife are 30-60 minutes so you have time to ask questions, learn about your options and participate fully in the care of you and your baby every step of the way.
Our midwives hold hospital admitting privileges at Royal Inland Hospital.
